Wine is the oldest, most fascinating, health-giving beverage known to man. Throughout the ages, wine has provided man with solace in times of trouble, relief in times of sickness and joy in times of celebration.
Learning to appreciate and understand wine enhances our lives in many diverse ways. In our unceasing quest to enjoy and understand wine we offer a variety of wine related events: a comprehensive and intensive, but fun filled nine-week introductory course, advanced level wine seminars, single -night wine classes, and private wine classes at your home, club or business.
Since wine and food belong together, in every class we always thoroughly analyze food and wine combinations and discuss in detail the pairing of food and wine.
